Ideal, easy location in Walnut Creek, just next door to the BART terminal in Walnut Creek and all the downtown shops and stuff. Newly renovated and great-sized unit with a refrigerator and a microwave oven

Everything was simply fine. Loved Walnut Creek, the hotel was little in the midst of remodeling the common areas. Suite in their book accommodated us perfectly. Efficient staff gave advice on things to do.

I enjoyed the ambiance. But would not stay there again because their is no free wifi. Charging for parking was a shock since I didn't equate Walnut Creek with SF. Also the hotel is impossible to find during the day even with GPS. Need better signage on Oak Blvd. but food was good and atmosphere was pleasant.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The location is great for exploring the area, and the valet service worked seamlessly. The breakfast, while varied, could benefit from warmer options. Pro tip, check in early and confirm amenities to avoid surprises.

I like they layout/facility and the happy hour/breakfast which I would rank high in quality.

Did not like the parking - it was valet only and I did not know that when I made the reservation. Valet attendants were not very polite.

My room stayed cold with the heater on 90 degrees

I like the open design of the hotel as a whole and the suite aspect of the individual rooms. The cook-to-order breakfast is great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's right across the street from the bart station, which makes it very convenient for getting into the city and all over the Bay Area.

We checked in rather late on our first night, and the room became rather cold, even though the thermostat said it was 72. I called about it the next morning and they replaced the ac motor immediately. Our front room TV didn't have sound and the engineer got it working right away, but the next day the sound didn't work again. Not a big deal, because the bedroom TV worked fine.

I visited walnut creek again and this time, the embassy suites exceeded my expectations! The breakfast included made-to-order omelets, a delicious start to my mornings. The staff were attentive and.

All the staff made us feel individually important. We felt welcome, and the complimentary food and drinks were excellent!

I didn't like that valet was not optional and an extra fee. Also, the pre-debited $75/day for convenience was a little off-putting.

A/c unit in room made loud noise periodically. We thought someone was coming in the room at first. Also did not know that there was ONLY valet parking and it was an additional $22 per night

The two-room suite I stayed in was a real treat. It was super spacious and the bathroom was super clean. I loved taking a dip in the indoor pool and relaxing in the cozy lounge area. Just a heads up, the breakfast rush can get a bit hectic, so plan accordingly 😊
